We'll put together a plan tailored for your business based on the information we gathered at the initial meeting. The plan will include the equipment package, installation, and any training needed.
After the proposal we put together is accepted, our team will then help you pick out the room in your facility which would be best suited to build the station in. If structural changes are required, that will be included in the proposal.
After we've picked the space, our team then begins building your station. Equipment and acoustic treatment are all decided on during the planning process, and the cost of the equipment is built in to your proposal.
Very often, new broadcasters need a training day, when they are taught to use the equipment and radio automation software. Training is usually very simple, as we pick equipment based on the broadcasting experience level of the client.
We'll be listening the very first day your station goes on the air. At this point, it's time to begin marketing to your new listener base. Make sure you have commercials and live-reads ready to roll to advertise your products on the air.
